I was pretty excited today to go to Centennial Park and ride a tandem bike. I’ve always wanted to try one and thought this would be a great place to do it. It was so much fun cruising around the large park. Jamie just had to be sure to ring the bell when passing others and shout “coasting” to let me know when we were not going to pedal. Definitely was on my ‘bucket list’ – one more thing to cross off!
Beach walk
Today we did the 6 km beach walk from Bondi Beach to Coogee beach. The weather was just wonderful as we made our way up stairs, down paths, and across boardwalks past breathtaking sites – including a Victorian Cemetery with the best ocean views of any grave sites! Because the water is still pretty cold we didn’t brave the ocean but just enjoyed the warmth of the sun and the sounds of the surf. We’d recommend this walk for everyone!
